Char Dham Yatra (Basic)

The Char Dham Yatra is a sacred pilgrimage covering Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath in Uttarakhand. This 3 nights / 4 days tour is ideal for travelers with limited time, offering a smooth and well-planned journey through the Himalayas with spiritual temple visits and peaceful surroundings.

Day 1 – Arrival at Haridwar / Rishikesh → Barkot → Yamunotri

Arrive at Haridwar / Rishikesh early morning.

Drive to Barkot (base for Yamunotri).

Travel to Yamunotri Temple for darshan (a short trek / pony/doli option available near temple).

Return to Barkot for overnight stay.

Yamunotri – Source of River Yamuna and first dham of the Char Dham.

Day 2 – Barkot → Uttarkashi → Gangotri → Uttarkashi

After breakfast, depart to Uttarkashi.

Continue to Gangotri Dham, the origin of the holy Ganges.

Participate in darshan and pooja, then return to Uttarkashi for overnight stay.

Day 3 – Uttarkashi → Guptkashi / Sonprayag → Kedarnath

Overnight stay near Kedarnath.

Day 4 – Kedarnath → Badrinath → Departure at Rishikesh / Haridwar

Early morning drive to Badrinath (long surface transfer via Rudraprayag / Joshimath).
